  • Who can sign up on this site?
    As of right now you have to be a BERNINA dealer or mechanic to use this site! If you are not one of the above, write me a note on the "Contact me" page and explain to me why you would like to use my service!
  • Are you expanding your site?
    Absolutley! I'm producting videos and add other information almost on a weekly bases. My camera is ready whenever I need it. It is mounted above my workbench ready to go. As time will go on my site will be the fastest information library for BERNINA mechanics. In seconds you will find what you are looking for. As a new mechanic.. old manuals will not be printed anymore and you need to have a source to get the information from. This would be it! Remember we still repair the first 830 BERNINA machines. Those are 40 years old. No manuals. You either fiddle and try to get it on your own, or you do the correct way and I will show you how! I promise with my way, the customers will start to love you as much as they LOVE me.
  • I signed up on your site. How do I get the most benefit out of it?
    There are several scenarios. 1) You could be in the middle of a repair and you come to a point where you need to make an adjustment you are not sure how to preform. The first place you should start is “Knowledge” on the menu bar. In a few seconds you read thought all the possible “know how” that would apply to many different models. If you can’t find what you are looking for… go the “Model” menu and pull up the model you are working on and see if you can find the adjustment there. Is there a guarantee you will find what you are looking for? Absolutely NOT! But in probably less then 2 minutes you will know if it is there or not. If you find it… my answer will be faster and more accurate then you find anywhere else. 2) You have a repair on the desk and you are stuck. You know the symptoms but you can’t get any further than that. Try “Knowledge -> Diagnostic” or go to the “Models” and see if you can find what you are looking for. 3) Would like to be a better mechanic? Watch some of the videos in your spare time…even if you do not have a repair that will apply to the subject… you will learn something out of every video, something you will not be able to read in a book.
  • Once I signed up: Can I call you with a specifit problem?
    At this point this is not possible. I own a BERNINA store myself and spending hours on the phone everyday would be impossible. Is it possible that I might offer phone service or an email service at a later time…for an increased price? I’m thinking about it.
  • How does this site work?
    As a paying member of the site you will have access to over 200 videos and over 700 repair problems that we had in the past. With a click of a button and a search someone is here to help you no matter where you in the world!
  • How much does it cost to use this site?
    If you would like to use this site you are signing up with a subscription. The subscription runs through PayPal. The cost is only $10 a month or a yearly pass is $120. If you are on the monthly subscription, PayPal will pay me $10 a month until you stop it in your PayPal account.
  • How do I reset my password from my account
